The SEM203P temperature transmitter provides an ideal solution to generate the industry standard 4 to 20mA signal when connected to a Pt100 temperature probe.
Used with a resistance box to simulate the temperature, a simple push button operation ranges and calibrates the temperature transmitter at 4 and 20mA, eliminating the need for soldering links, potentiometers or computer programming.
If required the desired range can be specified at the time of order, removing the need for user configuration. If the range is not specified then the transmitter will be shipped with the default range of 0 to 100 °C
High accuracy and stability coupled with the flexibility of reduced stock holding and the quick and easy way of re-ranging makes the SEM203 the ideal choice for the majority of temperature measurement requirements.
An on board LED indicates the successful completion of the range programming and also provides an instant indication of sensor health.
